The acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is given when you make a purchase from DIA Studios. It is super important to read the Terms and Conditions below carefully before purchasing on the website.
By using DIA Studios web services you are agreeing to all of the Terms and conditions stated below, these may be updated from time to time, so it is essential that you read the terms if theres any changes.

  

 

Christmas Returns policy 🎄

Any items purchased between November 10th - 25th December 2024 can be returned up until, and including 4th January 2025 for a full refund back to your original payment method, exchange or gift card.

 

Sales & Discounts

Black Friday discount codes are only redeemable on full price items which are also returnable in accordance with our usual return policy and extended Christmas period returns policy. 

Items marked down as Sale / Clearance / Sample items or items from the sale / clearance section are not refundable, however if you wish to be credited via Gift card please email within the return period to return for reimbursement via gift card.

  

Placing an order 

Remember to check your account and delivery information to ensure everything is correct before submitting your order as we may not be able to amend it.
When you submit an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Only when your order has been shipped the order has been accepted.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once this has taken place. If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in email and offer you an alternative if applicable. 

Please allow 1-2 days dispatch (especially during busy times of year) 

The right to reject / cancel your order.

All orders on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any of these reasons: 
— The product is not in stock
— If your billing information is not correct / verifiable
— If your order is flagged up by our security systems as unusual or susceptible to fraud
— There is reason to believe that you are a selling our products with no prior agreement to do so
Data Check: Checks may be assessed on your details before shipping your order. These checks may include verifying your address and checking for fraud. This is automated and filters out any suspicious orders that may be fraudulent. All fraudulent orders will be investigated and prosecuted if necessary.

 

 

 

Delivery

Orders are only packed & posted Monday-Friday. 

UK Next day guaranteed delivery must be ordered before 1pm on a working day to be posted that day. Guaranteed next day delivery will arrive the next day Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays & Bank holidays.

UK Express 1-2 days will arrive between Monday-Saturday but excludes Sundays & Bank holidays 

UK Standard arrives in 3-4 days excluding Sundays & Bank holidays

Returns & Exchanges

Follow the below instructions….

1. Fill in the details on the leaflet inside the parcel including your: 

Order number & Order name, whether you wish to exchange and your return reason. (If this information is not included we will be unable to process your return.)

2. Email: returns@diastudios.co.uk requesting a return (Always check your junk folder for email replies) The return information will be sent to you within 1 WORKING DAY

 

  (Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels must be tracked or signed for. Adding a return address to the parcel is recommended to avoid loss. Royal Mail Click & drop online Tracked 48hrs is the cheapest tracked option. Refunds are processed up to 7 working days after the return arrives at the return address.) 

 

Return policy

We allow 14 days to return unused & unworn items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when received. If it is defective or worn upon return, a refund will not be issued or a deduction for damaged goods will be taken. We advise you return in the original box. No exceptions are made for orders outside of the returns policy.

Please take care of your boots, as we cannot be held responsible for scuffs, dents or scratches upon wear.

 

Custom / Personalised orders

Custom and Personalised orders do not apply to this policy and a return will not be accepted.

 

Sales & Discounts

We are not responsible for return shipping costs. You must return your item via ROYAL MAIL tracked or signed for delivery and keep the receipt as proof of return, this will be requested from you when you email us, always remember to put a return address on your box to avoid loss. If the return is subject to custom charges these will be deducted.

 

If your return tracking says: 'Collected from your customer service point Bolton West DO' or ‘Retained’ then your return has arrived with us safely and will be processed within 7 working days. So there is no need to email about this unless you have not received your refund within 7 working days.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. We will notify you on the status of your return and refund. Refunds for eligible orders will be returned to the original payment method usually within 7 working days.

 

Refunds only apply to the items purchased. A refund will not be given for any added postage costs such as Express or Next day delivery shipping options. A percentage of the postage paid for us to initially ship out will be deducted from the return cost (£2) only if standard delivery was chosen, this does not apply to Express or Next day orders. If you return two or more items together (£3) will be deducted from the total refund. Upon request this amount can be discounted off your next order.

 

Customers whom have paid via Klarna are subject to a further 5% total deduction for Klarna fees that we paid on that transaction.  Upon request this amount can be discounted off your next order. If you do not pay via Klarna you are not subject to this.

Fees will be deducted for returns outside of the return period and in most cases no refund will be given and the item returned back to you
